Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
3.Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your item.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded:

- Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges
